Terms of Use

 

These terms and conditions of purchase and sale (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are a mandatory and integral part, which establish the rights and obligations of you (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) and the electronic store dacat.lt (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), the procedure for purchasing, paying for, delivering and returning goods and services.


1. GENERAL PROVISIONS


The following individuals have the right to use the Seller's e-store services:


- Active natural persons at least 18 years of age;


- Minors from sixteen to eighteen years of age only with the consent of their parents, adoptive parents or guardians, except in cases where they independently dispose of their own funds;


- All legal entities;


- Duly authorized representatives of all the above-mentioned persons.


The prices of goods and/or services indicated in the Seller's e-store are valid only when purchasing/ordering these goods and/or services in the Seller's e-store. Prices are given in euros.


In order to use the Seller's e-shop services, the Buyer must first select the desired product or service from those offered in the Seller's e-shop. Having selected the desired product or service, the Buyer clicks on the BUY button. Then the purchase will open in the shopping cart. The Buyer can see his shopping cart on the right side of the page at the top, where he can choose to pay by clicking on PAYMENT. Before that, the Buyer must agree to the terms and conditions. After that, the Buyer is directed to fill in the buyer's information. After filling in the required fields, he clicks CONTINUE PAYMENT. Then the Buyer can choose a payment method. After confirming the payment, the goods selected by the Buyer will be ready for shipment. Further cooperation between the Seller and the Buyer takes place via e-mail.

The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer, having formed a shopping cart in the e-shop, performs all the sequential steps to place an order. Each contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the Seller's database.

The Seller reserves the right to change, supplement or amend these Rules.

2. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION


When purchasing goods or services sold on dacat.lt, the Buyer must provide his/her personal data (name, surname, valid e-mail address, address). The Buyer's information is used only to fulfill the obligations between the Buyer and the Seller and to protect their interests.

The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties. The Buyer's personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

dacat.lt does not store any of the Buyer's banking data (such as password, account number, etc.), since during payment the Buyer is redirected to external systems.

3. CONCLUSION OF A PURCHASE-SALES AGREEMENT


It is considered that after the Buyer confirms the formed order, a purchase-sale agreement is concluded between the Buyer and the Seller.

A copy of the order summary is sent to the Buyer by e-mail and stored in the Seller's database.

This purchase-sale agreement comes into force only after the Buyer has paid for the order.

If the Buyer fails to pay for the order, it is considered that the Buyer has unilaterally terminated the agreement.

4. BUYER'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS


The Buyer has the right to choose and order any product and/or service provided in the Seller's e-shop.

The Buyer, using the Seller's e-mail store services, agrees to these Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale and undertakes to comply with them unconditionally.

The Buyer, when placing an order for goods and/or services and/or concluding a contract with the Seller, undertakes to provide complete and correct data.

The Buyer is responsible for all legal and illegal actions performed using the Seller's e-store.

The Buyer is responsible for compliance with these Rules, even if he has not familiarized himself with them, although such an opportunity was provided.

5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER


The Seller undertakes to send the paid goods or provide services to the Buyer within the period specified in the service description.

If, at the time of placing an order and/or concluding a contract with the Seller or later, the Buyer provides false, inaccurate, misleading or incomplete data, or fails to comply with other obligations provided for in these rules, the Seller has the right to immediately cancel the Buyer's order and restrict the Buyer's right to use the services provided by the Seller's e-shop.

The Seller has the right, without prior notice, to suspend or terminate the execution of the Buyer's order and/or use of the e-shop services if there is reason to believe that the Buyer is engaged in unauthorized activities or otherwise attempts to harm the work or stable operation of the Seller's e-shop.

The Seller has the right to provide and cancel the services provided. For example, if there is reason to believe that the Customer is trying to harm, waste time and talk about things that are not related to the provision of the service, sending various
