You can order goods at the online store “dacat.lt” at any time of the day, any day of the week. When ordering goods, you can choose the most convenient delivery method for you: we can deliver the goods to your home or you can pick them up yourself at the selected parcel machine.
The cost of delivering goods throughout the territory of the Republic of Lithuania depends on the weight and size of the goods you purchase. This price is provided when placing an order. The goods are delivered to the specified address or to another place convenient for the buyer.
*Due to their dimensions, fishing rods are sent only via DPD couriers.
*Delivery of parcels to the Curonian Spit - an additional fee of €22, which must be paid separately.
Delivery of goods takes from 2 to 10 business days from your payment and crediting the money.
The goods are delivered to the buyer using the express courier postal service of the company “DPD”, or via the “Omniva” parcel machine network. When accepting the goods, the buyer must check the package and the condition of the delivered goods. After accepting the goods and signing the delivery documents without any comments, it is considered that the items in the package are in order, the shipment has been delivered in order and neither party to the relationship has any claims regarding the goods in the shipment. If you do not perform these actions, we do not assume liability for:
1. damage to the goods, if the basis for such damage is not a manufacturing defect;
2. discrepancies in the package of the goods, if these discrepancies can be identified during the external inspection of the goods.
The buyer must present a document proving his identity upon delivery. If the person collecting the goods does not match the data we have about the customer, or if it turns out that false and untrue data was provided during registration on the website, or the person collecting the goods is not yet 16 years of age and has not acquired legal capacity at the time of delivery, we have the right to refuse to deliver the goods to the customer without any legal consequences. We are not responsible for errors or inaccuracies made during data entry, therefore we recommend that you fill in your registration details and the delivery address of the goods with extreme care and re-check them.
DELAY IN DELIVERY OF ORDERED GOODS:
We do everything possible to ensure timely delivery of the ordered and paid for goods. However, delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control or due to unforeseen circumstances. Neither "Dacat.lt", nor our nominated sender or carrier can fully guarantee that the purchase will reach you exactly within the predetermined delivery period. We also do not accept any liability for any consequences that may arise from the delivery of the goods later than the standard delivery period indicated on our website. All risk of loss or damage due to the date and time of delivery of the goods is borne by the buyer.
